SMC - Sheet Moulding Compounds - Compression Moulding Materials
MCR has two SMC production lines allowing the production of a wide range of products:
- Reinforcement rate: from 15% to 50%.
- Appearance: natural, pigmented or mass-coloured
- Properties: mechanical, cosmetic, electrical, fire resistance, lightening, emission VOC, ageing, chemical resistance
- Packaging: on frames in rolls of 600 kg or 1300 kg, and in zig-zag cardboard boxes of 1000 kg.
BMC/AMC- Bulk / Advanced Moulding Compounds - Materials to be processed by injection moulding
MCR has one BMC production line and one AMC line allowing the production of a wide range of products:
- Reinforcement rate: from 10% to 25%.
- Appearance: natural or black
- Properties: mechanical, cosmetic, electrical, fire, emission, ageing, chemical resistance.
The particularity of our AMC technology (13 and 25 mm glass fibre reinforced injectable compounds), coupled with piston injection, allows the production of mechanical parts with complex geometry.
